Arbequina olives are a whopping 78% of all olives grown in California. Several reasons for it’s popularity are it has the perfect flavor and tones to fit the California style of olive oil, it grows very well in our climate, and it produces an abundant crop.
This fresh pressed olive oil is rich in bright fruity flavors, has a earthy-grassy mild palette, and a nice medium warm peppery finish.
