Cilantro is a herb/flavor that is gaining in popularity the last several years.  Known to be mostly added to Mexican food cooks are adding the cool herby flavor to a variety of dishes.  We combined the Cilantro with a hint of fresh Garlic just to add more depth to the Olive Oil.  The Cilantro Garlic Olive Oil makes an ideal accompaniment to grilled shrimp as well as the rice pilaf and the chicken kebabs.
